April Showers Bring May Flowers
Oh! I hope so! This has been an unusually long and bitterly cold winter for upstate New York. Today I saw a glimmer of spring — Literally a glimmer. As I looked out the window the soft morning light gave the appearance of brilliant diamonds to the melting ice on the trees.
And I know, despite the snow on the ground, the daffodils are beginning to thrust to the surface. As always, spring follows winter. And I smile.
